Reflections on the 2020 US Election

What happened in the US election and why? What does it mean for the US and Canada? On November 12, join fellow alums as we process the results of the 2020 US election! Our esteemed panelists will include: 

David Shribman is an American-Canadian journalist and author who has written for the Washington Star, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Boston Globe, where he won a Pulitzer Prize in 1995. He has also served as Executive Editor of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and as a professor at Carnegie Mellon University and McGill University. His column on American politics appears regularly in the Globe and Mail.

Michael Kergin is a Canadian career diplomat who served as Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister and the 19th Canadian ambassador to the United States (from October 2000 until February 2005). He is currently a Senior Advisor to Bennett Jones LLP.
