Talk on “Make Work Fair” with Siri Chilazi

We’re pleased to open registration for our conversation with Siri Chilazi, a Harvard College, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government grad. Siri’s work as a Senior Researcher at the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School has resulted in an exceptional collaboration with her colleague, Iris Bohnet, Make Work Fair.

Siri and Iris challenge not our intentions in seeking equality in the workplace, but our processes of getting there. This topic has implications for us all and, no matter how long you’ve worked, or even specialized in human resources, management, diversity and inclusion, or employment and human rights law, you’ll learn something new.
