DESCRIPTION:The Harvard Club’s Dr. Sheema Khan will engage Senator Peter Harder in a fireside chat to discuss the history and purpose of the notwithstanding clause\, along with Senator Harder’s proposed bill to put guardrails on federal use of the clause. \n\n\n\nPlease arrive at 5:00pm to clear security.
